Finding a chef that is experienced and trained is only part of what goes into finding the right chef for a yacht program. Many factors can go into the selection process: What area of cooking is most of their experience in? How diverse and flexible are they? Do they have much experience with speciality diets and preferences? Do they have charter experience? What is their temperament like? Can they help on deck if needed?
